DC Adventures, Issue One

Have I mentioned how much I prefer Marvel? Anyway, my trip is going okay, especially since they restored internet access at the hotel. Things aren't going perfectly at work, but they could be much much worse.

Eating in DC is never much fun on my own, as there is no delightful husband to entertain me. Tonight, I actually had a dish with too many shrimp, something I hadn't known was possible. Then I treated myself to a black and white cookie (which reminds me, Jon honey, why have I not made those in a while) and a frothy frozen coffee thing, which assures that I'll be wired for The Amazing Race premiere.
